Dr. Prathap C Reddy received his Medical Degree from the Stanley Medical College in Chennai and later trained as a Cardiologist in USA and UK. He did Fellowship from the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.

He is the Promoter Shareholder and Chairman of the Company. He is on the Board of several reputed Companies.

Dr. Prathap C Reddy was conferred with second highest Civilian Award, the "Padma Vibhushan" in March 2010. This unequalled commendation from the Government of India is an acknowledgement of his untiring pursuit for excellence in healthcare as Apollo strives towards touching a billion lives.

Dr. Reddy was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1991 for his contribution to the emergence of the private healthcare sector and his role in bringing about several regulatory changes relating to licensing, import restrictions, organ transplantation, etc. He received a number of esteemed awards and recognitions such as Mother St Teresa's "Citizen of the Year Award", recognition in Harvard School Publications for pioneering efforts in healthcare, 'Life Time Achievement Award' by Hospimedica International, the 'Asia Pacific Bio Business Leadership Award' by the University of Southern California, Modern Medicare Excellence Award by the ICICI Group for outstanding achievements in the healthcare industry and numerous others.

Mrs. Sucharitha Reddy is the wife of Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Founder, Chairman of Apollo Hospitals Group and is the Promoter Shareholder of the Company. She was inducted into the Board of the Company in the year 2012.

She is on the Board of several Companies and is the Managing Director of Apollo Sindoori Hotels Limited. She has vast experience in Management and in the Hospitality industry.

She has in depth knowledge of Indian Culture and Tradition and has formidable collection of artefacts and Books. She has authored several Books on Traditional Health Food.

Dr. Preetha Reddy has received Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Madras University and Master's degree in Public Administration from Annamalai University.

She is the Promoter shareholder of the Company. She is on the Board of several Companies and is the Managing Director of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited. She oversees the Operations of Apollo Hospitals Group and works closely with Clinicians to help introduce contemporary protocols. She is actively engaged in the Healthcare Industry for the past 25 years and has brought in several reforms in the area of Healthcare Administration in the Country.

She was a Founding member of the National Quality Council, an organisation which had provided the guidelines on minimum quality standards to Indian Hospitals, Member of the Wipro Business Leadership Council and a Governing Board Member of XLRI Jamshedpur. She held leadership positions in various Chambers of Commerce and Indian Industry Forums.

She was awarded Doctorate by MGR Medical University in recognition of her contribution for the development of Healthcare Standards in India.

Mrs. Suneeta Reddy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Marketing. She holds a diploma in Financial Management from the Institute of Financial Management and Research, Chennai and has completed the Owner / President Management Program at Harvard Business School (HBS), Boston, USA.

She is the Promoter shareholder of the Company. She is on the Board of several Companies and is the Joint Managing Director of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, heading the Finance and Strategy Functions. She was instrumental in bringing the First Foreign Direct Investment into Healthcare sector in India.

She has spearheaded many initiatives in the healthcare, hospitality and is a active member of Industry bodies representing the healthcare sector.

Mrs. Shobana Kamineni holds a Degree in Economics and Masters in Business Administration.

She is the Promoter Shareholder and Director on the Board of the Company. She is on the Board of several other Companies and is the Executive Director – Special Initiatives of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited and is responsible for establishing most of the large Hospitals of Apollo Hospitals Group. She is currently overseeing Pharma retailing, Supply chain management, Clinical research and Health Insurance.

She is the 1^st Women Chairperson of CII Southern Region. She is passionate about Billion Hearts Beating a non profit trust and closely works with this entity to create a movement to increase awareness about heart disease and how to live healthy.

Mrs. Sangita Reddy holds Bachelor's degree in Science and undertook post-graduate and executive courses in Hospital Administration from the Rutgers University, New Jersey and from the Harvard University, Massachusetts, United States of America and the National Singapore University, Singapore. She has also completed a course in Financial Management from the Institute of Financial Management and Research.

She is the Promoter Shareholder and Director on the Board of the Company. She is on the Board of several other Companies and is the Executive Director – Operations of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited. She is heading the Healthcare Information Technology and Medical Education Initiatives and oversees the HR Functions of Apollo Group Hospitals.

Mrs. Reddy received the "Young Manager of the year 1998" Award from the Hyderabad Management Association and was awarded the "Top Woman Entrepreneur in the information and Communication Technology Sector" by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2005-06.
